The success or failure of the academy is not only determined by the quality of its various individual services, but also by a demanding management system that is geared towards customer satisfaction, among other things.


Standards and requirements must be set here that correspond to the implementation of quality management. The so-called QM system must meet customer expectations and serves as the basis for compliance with legal and official requirements. At the same time, our management system is subject to a continuous improvement process. This enables us to react flexibly, innovatively and quickly to changes and requests from customers and markets.


The academy and the supporting areas work on the basis of our management system and are certified by the accredited certification body of TQCert GmbH, based on the current requirements of the quality management standard ISO 9001:2015.
